Chuck Cova,
This, I believe, will be my go-to-guide for business leadership coaching。。。
Florence Dambricourt,
A very strong base for anyone interested/involved in team coaching。 I really enjoy the moving away from performance to creating value。
Carlos,
The best book of team coaching that i've read。 Period。 Its academic rigor, its real world application examples and application, plus all the methods and frameworks provided makes it the best companion to any systemic coach。The CID-CLEAR way for coaching approach/intervention and the five disciplines model are a great and clear keystone in order to build your work with the system。 You can use this book (and the "In Practice" version with a lot of study cases and application examples) like a basel The best book of team coaching that i've read。 Period。 Its academic rigor, its real world application examples and application, plus all the methods and frameworks provided makes it the best companion to any systemic coach。The CID-CLEAR way for coaching approach/intervention and the five disciplines model are a great and clear keystone in order to build your work with the system。 You can use this book (and the "In Practice" version with a lot of study cases and application examples) like a baseline and add some another valuable theory and methods on when is needed (like Peters and Carr HPTC, Hackman's Team Diagnostic Survey or Lencioni 5 dysfunctions)。My only complain could be that is quite wide, it's conceived like a whole topic book covering all aspects of team coaching, and could be overkill depending on your preferences。A real must if you are interested in team coaching or in systemic coaching。 。。。more

Paul Lawrence,
There are more and more books now being written about team coaching, but Peter’s book remains the one I always refer to first。 I think what differentiates Peter’s work from the work of many others is his systemic perspective。 Many team coaches focus on the internal tasks of the team, such as setting goals and objectives and team dynamics。 Whilst these are both areas for the team and team coach to work on, one can no more coach a team in isolation of the wider organisation, than one can coach an There are more and more books now being written about team coaching, but Peter’s book remains the one I always refer to first。 I think what differentiates Peter’s work from the work of many others is his systemic perspective。 Many team coaches focus on the internal tasks of the team, such as setting goals and objectives and team dynamics。 Whilst these are both areas for the team and team coach to work on, one can no more coach a team in isolation of the wider organisation, than one can coach an individual without reference to the individuals’ working environment。 I use the Five Disciplines model transparently with teams, which often prompts them to reflect on how what happens outside the team always influences what happens inside the team。 If an organisation has a highly structured and hierarchical culture, for example, then you will see that playing out within the teams inside that organisation, regardless of individual personalities。 Peter doesn’t stand still。 This third edition places more emphasis on the systemic perspective than earlier editions, making it even more relevant to anyone seeking to coach or lead a team。 So I would encourage you not only to buy the book, but also to watch out for Peter’s various webinars and workshops, following his ongoing journey through this new and evolving terrain。 。。。more

Very eclectic book covering what different aspects of teams including what highly-efficient teams are, competencies team coach needs to have, with a lot of information on different team coaching instruments, and also laying out in details author's Five Disciplines model and CID-CLEAR processOn the downside the language seems to be a bit too academic Very eclectic book covering what different aspects of teams including what highly-efficient teams are, competencies team coach needs to have, with a lot of information on different team coaching instruments, and also laying out in details author's Five Disciplines model and CID-CLEAR processOn the downside the language seems to be a bit too academic 。。。more
